Review/Approve DMR Change Requests
All Popout Change Requests are sent to the AE Firm for approval. Only the requester, someone from their company or the PCT Manager role can close the Popout Change Requests.
For the Panel and Circuit change requests (under the Power discipline), the Integration Team (Integration Lead, Integration Team Electrical) will have the first approval, classed as a REVIEW.
If the Integration team rejects the request, the workflow ends and must be closed manually by the company that raised the request.
If the Integration Team approves the review, the flow will move to the next stage for final APPROVAL by the AE Firm. The AE roles from the Stakeholders Matrix (AE Design Lead, AE Designer, AE Electrical Designer, AE Electrical Engineer) can accept or reject the DMR Change Request.

Commented and Assigned will NOT appear as a Status anymore. These changes are still being tracked and can be seen using the View (eye) icon.
3. Email Notifications
Users can unsubscribe from DMR emails and other emails. See the section on Managing Site Subscriptions at the end of the User Profile Management page for details. If you are the assignee of a specific DMR, you will be notified about that change request even if you have unsubscribed.
Email notifications are sent out to relevant stakeholders for change requests. There are 4 types of requests:
• Panel/Circuit: Requests to change the power panel or the circuit on the panel for a power POC
• Electrical/Comms: Any other change request for a power POC or any change for a comms POC
• Mechanical: Any change request for a mechanical POC
• Popout: Any change request for Popout assignments
The table below shows which groups of users will receive email when each action is taken on a DMR.

For Popout change requests at the Rio Rancho site, the Exyte company project email is also added to the notification list at every step above.
The list of recipients is filtered against each user's notification subscription preferences. Users who have unsubscribed from notifications for the tool's site, CEID or functional area will be removed from the list. The assignee is always notified, even if they have unsubscribed.
